Arrow Minerals Director’s Stake Increases Substantially

Arrow Minerals Limited (AU:AMD) has released an update.

Arrow Minerals Limited has announced a significant change in director Jeff Dowling’s interests, including the acquisition of 34,090,909 ordinary shares and the same number of unlisted options. The change, which occurred on October 14, 2024, resulted in Dowling and his associated entities holding over 54 million ordinary shares and 134 million options, following shareholder approval for a director participation placement.
