Arrow Minerals Director Adjusts Shareholdings

Arrow Minerals Limited (AU:AMD) has released an update.

Alwyn Petrus Vorster, a director of Arrow Minerals Limited, has adjusted his interests in the company, resulting in no change to his holding of 9,066,666 ordinary shares but a disposal of 17,500,000 various unlisted options and performance rights. The notice filed with the ASX under listing rule 3.19A.2 indicates that Vorster retains significant direct and indirect interests in the company, including through family trusts and superannuation funds.
