The 2024 annual meeting of shareholders for the Company is set for June 5, 2024. Shareholders looking to present business or nominate candidates at the meeting must submit their intentions to the Company by February 26 and April 6, 2024, respectively. Proposals intended for the proxy statement must be received by March 15, 2024. All submissions must adhere to by-law requirements and securities regulations, with April 8, 2024, established as the record date for determining eligible participants of the meeting.
