Arrow Exploration reported 2025 net income of $1.4 million on oil and gas revenue of $70.5 million, with adjusted EBITDA of $35 million and a 13% rise in average production to 4,012 boe/d despite weaker commodity prices. The company drilled 14 development wells and one successful exploration well in Colombia, maintained a strong balance sheet with $11 million in cash and no debt, and safely delivered all operations without accidents or environmental incidents.
The company also released a year-end reserves report showing 11,775 Mboe of proved plus probable reserves with a pre-tax net present value of $245 million, underscoring the long-term potential of its Colombian portfolio. Looking ahead, Arrow has a fully funded $24 million 2026 work program targeting up to nine new Tapir block wells, expects to fund capital from cash flow and cash on hand, and is pursuing a constructive contract extension for the Tapir block that is central to its growth strategy.
