Arrow Exploration Grants Employee Stock Options

Arrow Exploration Corp (TSE:AXL) has released an update.

Arrow Exploration Corp., a burgeoning Colombian hydrocarbon player, has announced the grant of 9,843,887 stock options to its team under the company’s Stock Option Plan. The options, which are aimed at enhancing shareholder value and incentivizing directors, officers, and employees, have a strike price of CAD 0.375 and vest over three years with a six-month post-vesting expiration. This grant brings the total number of options issued to 26,765,000, nearing the 10% cap of the company’s issued and outstanding shares.
