Peterson brings a wealth of experience, having held leadership roles at Valeritas, Inc., Johnson & Johnson, and Bristol-Myers Squibb, in addition to board positions at several other pharmaceutical companies. Recognized as an independent director by the Board, she will receive standard non-employee director compensation, including stock options and an annual cash retainer.
