Arras Minerals Corp. successfully concluded a significant non-brokered private placement, raising approximately C$5.3 million through the issue of over 20 million units at C$0.26 each. Major mining entity Teck Resources Limited participated in the offering, securing a 9.3% interest in Arras. The funds will propel Arras’s exploration endeavors in Kazakhstan, focusing on copper-gold targets within their extensive 3,300 sq km land area.
