Arras Minerals Corp. has issued 1,495,484 restricted share units (RSUs) to its officers as part of their 2023 annual performance awards, with the RSUs set to vest in one year. Additionally, the company has converted 414,984 previously granted RSUs into common shares. Arras continues to progress its copper and gold assets in Kazakhstan, including a strategic alliance with Teck Resources for exploration.
