Arrail Group Limited has announced a proposal to amend its Memorandum and Articles of Association to align with new electronic communication requirements set by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, effective from December 31, 2023, and to make other necessary updates. These amendments will be subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting. A detailed circular will be sent to shareholders in anticipation of the meeting where a special resolution will be passed to effect these changes.
