Aroundtown SA, a leading German commercial real estate company, has announced it will not redeem its GBP 400 million 4.75% Perpetual Notes at the first call date in June 2024, citing current market conditions. The company retains the flexibility to call these notes at future interest payment dates, and the Perpetuals will continue to be classified as equity for financial reporting and covenant calculations.
