Auckland-based Aroa Biosurgery Limited has announced the successful passage of all resolutions from their recent AGM, including the re-election of board members and approval of auditors’ remuneration. The company, specializing in soft-tissue regeneration with products in over 50 countries, also approved the issue of shares to new board member Ms. Darla Hutton and long-term incentives to CEO Mr. Brian Ward.
