Arnaud Lagardère has been unanimously appointed as the Chairman and CEO of Lagardère SCA, following a temporary management ban that was partially lifted, an action he had contested. He resumes his roles at the helm of the company’s various arms, including Hachette Livre and Lagardère Radio SCA, with the backing of the Board and key shareholders like the Bolloré family. Lagardère Group, a global conglomerate with a diverse portfolio in publishing, retail, and media, reported a turnover of €8,081 million in 2023.
