HT&E Ltd ( (AU:A1N) ) just unveiled an announcement.
ARN Media has moved to dismantle its flagship Kyle & Jackie O radio program after co-host Jacqueline Henderson formally advised she could no longer work with partner Kyle Sandilands. The company has terminated its services agreement with Henderson’s production vehicle, ending her role on the show, though it has offered her the option of hosting an alternative program elsewhere on the ARN network.
Separately, ARN has accused Sandilands of serious misconduct over his behaviour on the 20 February 2026 broadcast, issuing notice that he has 14 days to remedy an alleged breach of his services agreement or face termination and permanent removal from the show. The KIIS breakfast show has been taken off air immediately with interim programming put in place, underscoring significant upheaval for one of ARN’s most commercially important slots and raising questions over future audience and advertiser retention in a key timeslot.
The most recent analyst rating on (AU:A1N) stock is a Sell with a A$0.35 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on HT&E Ltd stock, see the AU:A1N Stock Forecast page.
