Armadale Capital PLC has successfully raised £500,000 through a direct subscription, issuing new ordinary shares, despite an outstanding £150,000 from investors. The company expects the new subscription shares to start trading on AIM around 19 July 2024, which will increase its issued ordinary share capital. Additionally, each subscription share comes with a warrant, and Executive Director Matt Bull’s stake in the company will rise to 9.4% post-admission.
