Armadale Capital Plc has announced a strategic investment to acquire a majority stake in Africo American Incorporated, providing exposure to the silver, lead, and zinc markets, with a subscription aiming to raise £650,000. The investment aligns with Armadale’s strategy to diversify into high-growth resource projects and includes options to increase ownership in the Canyon Silver project, located in a prolific silver-producing region of North America. Additionally, the company introduced board changes with the appointment of Greg Entwistle as a Non-Executive Director and the resignation of Nick Johansen as Chairman.
