Armada Hoffler Properties (AHH) has provided an update.
Armada Hoffler Properties, Inc. has parted ways with their former President of Asset Management, Shelly R. Hampton, and reached a Separation Agreement, effective July 31, 2024. Hampton will receive severance and benefits in line with a Tier II Participant of the company’s Executive Severance Benefit Plan. Additionally, 28,432 unvested shares of her restricted stock will vest immediately, while other unvested equity awards are forfeited. She’s also agreed to a confidentiality and non-compete clause for a year post-termination.
