Armada Data Corporation is going private through an acquisition agreement with a buying group led by insiders, offering a 52.4% premium over the recent average trading price. Shareholders will vote on this proposed amalgamation in October 2024, which requires both a two-thirds majority and a majority excluding certain insider shareholders.
