Arkle Resources PLC (GB:ARK) has released an update.
Arkle Resources PLC, an Irish company specializing in Gold and Zinc resources discovery, has announced a successful fundraising effort through the placement of 108,000,000 new ordinary shares, raising £270,000 to finance its Lithium exploration program and other corporate activities. Directors John Teeling and David Cockbill contributed to the placement, further aligning their interests with those of the company. The new shares, which come with warrants, are expected to begin trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange around May 9, 2024.
