Arizona Sonoran Copper Co., Inc. has announced a new public offering of common shares to raise $25 million, with the option for underwriters to purchase additional shares. The funds from this offering will support the exploration and development of the company’s Cactus Mine Project in Arizona, as well as general corporate expenses. The offering is set to close by October 9, 2024, subject to regulatory approvals.
