Arizona Metals Defers Spin-Off Vote, Continues Drilling

Arizona Metals (TSE:AMC) has released an update.

Arizona Metals Corp has delayed the shareholder vote on spinning off two new companies, a decision influenced by the recent appointment of new leadership, including President and CEO Duncan Middlemiss. The company has also informed shareholders about the ongoing exploration efforts at Kay Mine Property, with 26,200 meters drilled out of a planned 76,000-meter Phase 3 drill program. Meanwhile, the company is preparing for its Annual General Meeting to be held via live audio webcast on June 28, 2024.
