Arizona Gold & Silver Inc. successfully completed an oversubscribed private placement, raising CDN$4.6 million by selling over 15 million units at $0.30 each. These funds are earmarked for the exploration of the Philadelphia Property and general working capital. The placement drew significant interest, including from insiders and notable investors such as Sprott and Rick Rule.
