Aristocrat Leisure ( (AU:ALL) ) has shared an update.
Aristocrat Leisure has disclosed a change in managing director Trevor Croker’s interests, reflecting an increase in his equity-based remuneration. Croker received an issue of 86,246 long-term incentive performance share rights, which were granted at no cash consideration and approved by shareholders at the company’s 2026 annual general meeting.
Following this award, Croker’s indirect holding of fully paid ordinary shares remains unchanged, while his direct holding of performance share rights now extends to potential vesting dates through 2028. The expanded LTI allocation further aligns the chief executive’s compensation with long-term shareholder returns and ongoing performance targets set by the company’s board.
