Aristocrat Director Adjusts Shareholding

Aristocrat Leisure Limited (AU:ALL) has released an update.

Trevor John Croker, a director of Aristocrat Leisure Limited, has altered his stake in the company through a series of on-market trades, resulting in the disposal of 82,374 ordinary shares for a total consideration of approximately $4.36 million. Post-transaction, Croker retains an indirect interest in 602,000 ordinary shares, along with direct interests in various performance share rights (PSRs) that are subject to vesting conditions.
