Arion Entertainment Singapore Ltd. successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the nine-month financial period ended December 31, 2023, at the NUSS Suntec City Guild House. The meeting was carried out with a quorum present, led by Independent Non-Executive Chairman Mr. Yeo Kan Yen and was attended by the Board of Directors, shareholders, and various company officials. Resolutions were voted on by proxy, as per the Chairman’s appointment, and conducted by poll in line with the company’s Constitution and Catalist Rules.
