Árima Real Estate has announced significant changes in its leadership following the acquisition by JSS Real Estate. The Board of Directors has appointed José María Rodríguez-Ponga Linares as chairman, along with other new directors, amidst the recent takeover. These appointments will be subject to ratification at the upcoming General Shareholders’ Meeting.
