Árima Real Estate SOCIMI S.A. held its Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting, approving the annual accounts, management reports, and the proposed allocation of results for the fiscal year 2023. The meeting also re-elected the company’s executive and independent directors, approved changes to the corporate bylaws, and authorized the board to execute the adopted resolutions.
