Ariana Resources PLC, an AIM-listed mineral exploration and development company, has announced a General Meeting for shareholders to discuss a proposed Acquisition by Merger with Rockover Holdings Limited. The meeting is scheduled for June 26, 2024, at the prestigious East India Club in London.
