ARHT Media Announces Multi-Million Stock Options Grant

ARHT Media (TSE:ART) has released an update.

ARHT Media Inc. has announced the granting of 7.195 million stock options to its employees, officers, and directors as part of its long-term incentive plan, with options exercisable at $0.055 each and expiring in 2029. These options will vest in three equal parts over the next two years and contribute to the total of nearly 14% of ARHT’s common shares represented by outstanding options. The grant is pending approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
