Argonaut Gold Inc. has announced the filing of a management information circular for its upcoming shareholder meeting, where a vote will be held on a proposed arrangement with Alamos Gold Inc. This arrangement includes the creation of a new entity, SpinCo, which will hold Argonaut’s US and Mexican assets, after which Argonaut will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alamos. Shareholders are recommended by Argonaut’s Board to vote in favor of the arrangement.
