Argo Living Soils Corp. has terminated its license agreement with Canadian AgriChar Inc. and announced the resignation of Ken Bowman as a director and officer. The company will continue its R&D efforts in Malaysia and its joint venture with Pacific Composting to develop organic soil products. Argo specializes in organic and eco-friendly products for high-value crops and has expanded its operations in a joint venture in Duncan, B.C.
