Argo Blockchain PLC, a pioneer in cryptocurrency mining, has announced a block listing application for 31,406,429 ordinary shares, which will be admitted to the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market. These shares are part of the company’s ongoing exemption from issuing a prospectus and are set to become effective on August 16, 2024. Additionally, Argo plans to apply for a further block listing for additional shares under the same warrant in January 2025.
