Argentex Group plc has announced that its subsidiary, Argentex LLP, has been placed into Special Administration under the Payment and Electronic Money Special Administration Regime following court approval. This move comes after previous announcements regarding the company’s financial position, and the court has appointed Daniel Conway, Anthony Wright, and David Hudson of FRP Advisory Trading Limited as Joint Special Administrators.
