Argentex Group PLC successfully completed a retail offer and placing, raising £3.25 million by issuing 7,221,508 new Ordinary Shares, which will be admitted to trading on the AIM market. The new shares will rank equally with existing shares and will bring the total number of voting rights in the company to 120,429,055 post-admission.
