Argentex Group PLC has announced the resignation of Singer Capital Markets as its Nominated Adviser and Broker, effective from 31 July 2025. This follows the appointment of Administrators to the company on 24 July 2025. According to AIM Rule 1, Argentex must appoint a new Nominated Adviser within one month to avoid the cancellation of its securities’ admission on AIM, as its shares remain suspended from trading.
