Argent Minerals Limited ( (AU:ARD) ) has provided an announcement.
Argent Minerals has reported a major intercept at the Kempfield Project’s Lode 100, where drillhole AKDD212 returned 133.1 metres at 72.4 grams per tonne silver equivalent from 9.6 metres, including multiple high-grade silver-lead-zinc shoots. The mineralisation extends known depths by about 80 vertical metres, starts near surface, and remains open along strike and at depth, reinforcing Kempfield’s scale, continuity and potential for large-scale bulk mining.
The hole also delivered an ultra-high-grade gold intercept of 0.2 metres at 140.5 grams per tonne gold at 193.8 metres, indicating a strong gold component at depth within the polymetallic system. These results support the prospect of expanding Kempfield’s existing silver-equivalent resource and suggest a well-developed, vertically zoned VMS system that could enhance the project’s economic appeal as it progresses toward potential production.
