Argent Minerals Director Increases Shareholding

Argent Minerals Limited (AU:ARD) has released an update.

Argent Minerals Limited has reported a change in Director Pedro Kastellorizos’s interests, noting his acquisition of 4 million Fully Paid Ordinary Shares and the conversion of 4 million Performance Rights after meeting vesting conditions from the Silver Resource Upgrade at the Kempfield Project. The transaction has increased his direct stake in the company to over 8 million shares, while the number of unlisted options and remaining performance rights held has remained unchanged.
