Argent Biopharma Limited has announced a new securities issue, proposing to issue up to 2.5 million ordinary shares and 1.25 million unlisted warrants exercisable at US$1.20, with an expiration of 36 months from the date of issue. The planned issue date is set for July 17, 2024, as part of a placement or another type of offering to support the company’s growth.
