Ares Strategic Mining Inc. has partnered with Pivotal CML Limited for a four-month marketing initiative aimed at enhancing investor awareness and developing a comprehensive media strategy for its expanding operations. The campaign, costing Ares over $600,000, will not involve the issuance of securities, but will focus on a broad array of online promotional activities. In a separate move, Ares plans to settle debts by issuing common shares instead of cash.
