Michael J Arougheti has decided not to seek re-election as a director at Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation’s upcoming Annual Meeting, citing time constraints from other professional duties. His departure is amicable, with no disagreements over company matters. In his stead, the Board plans to nominate Bryan P. Donohoe, the current CEO, for the director position, following a recommendation from the nominating and governance committee.
