Ares Asia Limited has entered into a new lease agreement for its Hong Kong head office, relocating to a nearby site to optimize resources and reduce relocation costs. This transaction is classified as discloseable and connected, involving the company’s controlling shareholder, Reignwood International Holdings. The new office location will be Unit No. 9602, Level 96, International Commerce Centre, Kowloon, effective from October 2024.
