Arena REIT Director’s Stake Increases

Arena REIT (AU:ARF) has released an update.

Arena REIT has reported a change in director Robert de Vos’s interest in the company, indicating an increase in his holdings due to the vesting of securities under the company’s incentive plan. As of September 25, 2024, de Vos now holds 1,452,749 ordinary stapled securities, a notable rise from his previous holding of 1,244,213. The change comes with no disposal of securities and without any monetary consideration.
