Arena REIT Director Gareth Winter has increased his holdings in the company through the vesting of securities as part of the Arena REIT Deferred Short Term and Long Term Incentive Plan. As of 25 September 2024, Winter now holds 1,256,548 ordinary stapled securities, with a significant number of Long Term Incentive (LTI) Performance rights, while his Deferred Short Term Incentive (STI) rights have been reduced to nil.
