Arena REIT Director Bolsters Stake

Arena REIT (AU:ARF) has released an update.

Dennis Wildenburg, a director at Arena REIT, has increased his indirect holdings in the company by acquiring 7,937 additional ordinary stapled securities at a total value of $30,000. The acquisition, which took place on August 27, 2024, was part of the Arena REIT Security Purchase Plan, bringing his total interest to 181,271 securities. No interests in contracts have changed, and the transaction did not occur during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
