Arena REIT Director Bolsters Share Ownership

Arena REIT (AU:ARF) has released an update.

Arena REIT has disclosed that Director Helen Lynette Thornton increased her stake in the company by acquiring 7,937 ordinary stapled securities through the Security Purchase Plan, as of August 27, 2024. The transaction, valued at $30,000, resulted in Thornton’s total holding rising to 13,447 securities, with no disposals reported.
