Arena REIT has announced a new dividend distribution for its shareholders, with each to receive AUD 0.04350000 per stapled security. The record date for this dividend is set for June 28, 2024, with payment to be made on August 8, 2024. Investors interested in participating in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan must make their election by July 1, 2024.
