Arena REIT has requested a trading halt on its securities, effective from the start of trading on July 23, 2024, ahead of an announcement regarding a planned equity capital raising. This trading halt aims to maintain an orderly market and prevent uninformed trading until the details of the capital raising are disclosed, which is expected to occur by the commencement of trading on July 24, 2024, or upon the release of the announcement.
