Arena REIT has reported a 4.7% increase in net operating profit at $62 million for FY2024, while statutory net profit fell by 22.5% to $57.5 million due to lower property revaluation gains. Earnings per security rose by 3.2%, with distributions per security up 3.6%. The company reaffirmed its FY2025 distribution guidance, indicating a 4.9% increase, and highlighted successful property acquisitions and a strong focus on sustainability with significant emissions reductions.
