Arecor Therapeutics PLC has successfully passed resolutions in its General Meeting to proceed with a fundraising venture, receiving shareholder approval for the issuance of new shares. The capital raised from the placing, subscription, and retail offer amounts to approximately £6.42 million. Following this approval, the company anticipates the admission of 7,129,615 New Ordinary Shares to the AIM market on 9 August 2024, resulting in a total of 37,756,601 Ordinary Shares in issue post-admission.
