Arecor Therapeutics PLC has successfully completed a fundraising initiative, securing £6.42 million through the issuance of 7,129,615 new Ordinary Shares, which includes a retail offer that contributed £0.16 million. The retail offer was conducted at an issue price of 90 pence per share, and the new shares are anticipated to begin trading on AIM on 9 August 2024. Director Christine Soden participated in the transaction, which was deemed fair and reasonable by the company’s independent director after consultation with the nominated adviser, Panmure Liberum.
