ARE Holdings, Inc. has successfully established a new overseas subsidiary, Asahi Pretec (Thailand) Co., Ltd., ahead of schedule. The new subsidiary, located in the Bangplee Industrial Estate in Thailand, will focus on collecting and refining waste containing precious metals.
